Terms of Service
These terms govern transportation services booked with East Coast Premier Limo. By booking a ride you accept them.
Bookings and rates
Quotes are flat rates confirmed before service and include the route discussed at booking. Wait time, extra stops or route changes requested by the passenger may adjust the final charge, always disclosed in advance.
Cancellations
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup. Inside 24 hours, a cancellation fee may apply. No-shows are billed at the base rate.
Service
We provide licensed, insured transportation with professional chauffeurs. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, including weather, traffic and airport operations, though we always work to minimize their impact.
