Common questions
Where do I meet my chauffeur?
Curbside on the arrivals level, or inside the terminal with a name sign if you selected meet & greet. You get the chauffeur name and vehicle before you land.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track it. The pickup time shifts with your actual arrival and there is no waiting charge for the delay itself.
How long is the drive from JFK to Manhattan?
Off-peak it is usually 35 to 45 minutes. Rush hour can double it, which is why the quote is flat and not metered.
