How booking a chauffeur works
You don't need an account, nothing is bid, and there is no meter. You approve a written flat rate and dispatch handles the rest.
What happens after you send a booking
The booking form takes about sixty seconds. Dispatch replies with the rate, the vehicle and the chauffeur rules. Waiting time, tolls and any extras are spelled out.
Once you confirm, the job is scheduled and you get the chauffeur name and vehicle the day before. Nothing is charged until the ride is done.
- Send the trip details

Common questions
When do I pay?
After the ride, on the terms written in the quote. Nothing is taken when you submit the booking form.
Can I change the booking later?
Yes. Call dispatch and the job is rebuilt. Changes inside 24 hours of pickup may affect the rate, and we tell you before we make them.
What if I need to cancel?
Free up to 24 hours before pickup. Inside 24 hours a fee may apply, except airport pickups with tracked flights, which are adjusted at no cost.
