last-minute requests — call us and we'll do everything possible to get a vehicle to you.
Every quote is all-inclusive: base fare, fuel surcharge, tolls, taxes, standard gratuity, and applicable
wait time. There are no hidden fees and no surge pricing — the number you approve is the number you pay.
Special requests such as red-carpet service, additional stops, or child seats are itemised transparently.
Yes. We track every inbound flight in real time and automatically adjust your pickup schedule at no extra
charge. Domestic arrivals include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time and international arrivals include
90 minutes, so you never need to worry about customs or baggage delays.
Reservations cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup receive a full refund with no
cancellation fee. Cancellations inside the 24-hour window may incur a charge of up to 50% of the trip
total to cover chauffeur dispatch and vehicle allocation. Special-event bookings have separate terms
shared at the time of reservation.

background and motor-vehicle record check, completes defensive-driving certification, and undergoes ongoing
