Wedding day transport that keeps to the schedule

We run a wedding like a dispatch job. Load-in times, photo windows, vendor entrances and a rain plan are agreed in writing before the day.

Weddings

Every car works from the same schedule

The week before, you and your coordinator get a written plan down to the minute, and each chauffeur is briefed on their slot with a dispatch number to call.

Guests step into a clean car that's already waiting instead of lining up for rideshares, and the last vehicle leaves only when the last guest is in it.

  • Bride and groom vehicle plus guest shuttles
  • Timed schedule shared with your coordinator
  • Uniformed chauffeurs briefed on the day's plan
  • Backup vehicle held on standby
  • Late-night returns to Manhattan and New Jersey

Common questions

How far in advance should we book?

Peak Saturdays go early. Three to six months out is comfortable. We do take shorter-notice dates when the fleet allows it.

Can you handle guest transport as well as the couple?

Yes. We run the couple's car and separate shuttle loops for hotel-to-venue and venue-to-hotel returns.

What happens if the schedule slips?

The chauffeur waits. Wedding bookings are quoted as hourly or as-directed blocks precisely so a late ceremony does not create a surprise bill.
