Rates, rules and cancellation terms
Everything below is written the way we quote it. Where a rule costs us a booking, it is still written here, because a surprise invoice is worse than a lost job.

Common questions
Is the quote the final price?
Yes, for the route and waiting rules agreed on the quote. Tolls and airport access fees are included. If you add stops or extend hours, we re-quote before the car moves.
Do I tip the chauffeur?
Tipping is optional and appreciated. A gratuity can be added on the quote so it is settled in advance, which is what most corporate clients do.
What happens if I am running late?
You get 60 minutes of free waiting on airport arrivals and 15 minutes on scheduled pickups. After that waiting is billed at the hourly rate printed on your quote.
Can I cancel?
Free up to 24 hours before pickup. Inside 24 hours a fee may apply, except tracked airport pickups, which we adjust at no cost.
Do you carry child seats?
Yes, free of charge. Tell us the child age and weight and we fit the right seat, or install yours.
Are you insured and licensed?
Every chauffeur is licensed, insured and background-checked, and vehicles are inspected and detailed before each hire.
Do you take payment on the booking form?
No. The form requests a quote. Nothing is charged until you approve the rate.
How far in advance should I book?
Airport transfers are usually available same-day; weddings, proms and group moves are better booked one to three weeks ahead, and peak Saturdays months ahead.
