Planning Your Booking
For standard point-to-point and airport trips, 48–72 hours gives us the widest choice of vehicle and
chauffeur. Weddings, proms, and multi-vehicle events should be reserved 2–4 weeks ahead — especially
May through October — because dates, not cars, are the constraint on busy weekends.
Yes. Our 24/7 dispatch team fills same-day requests whenever a vehicle is free — typically with two to
three hours’ notice in NYC, Boston, Philadelphia, and Washington D.C. Call
+1 (800) 555-0199
for urgent rides rather than using the online form, so we can confirm a car while you’re on the line.
Absolutely. Date, time, pickup address, and vehicle upgrades are free to change up to 24 hours before
pickup, subject to availability — just email
reservations@eastcoastpremierlimo.com
or call dispatch. Inside 24 hours we’ll still make the change whenever the schedule allows; the
original flat rate carries over either way.
Hourly charters run on a two-hour minimum; as-directed itineraries are quoted the same way, with the
chauffeur staying with your group between stops. Beyond the minimum, we bill in half-hour increments at
the rate shown on your quote — no surprise meter running in the background.
Pricing & Payment
One Flat Number, Not a Guess
Everything: base fare, fuel, tolls, taxes, standard gratuity, and your included wait time — all baked
into one flat, all-inclusive number with no surge pricing ever. Executive Sedans start at $95, Premium
SUVs at $135, Stretch Limousines at $185, and Party Buses & Sprinters at $245. Extras like red-carpet
service are itemised transparently before you approve.
Nothing is charged to request or receive a quote. Once you approve the flat rate, you pay by secure card
link, or on a corporate account with net-30 invoicing for travel managers. Card on file simply protects
the dispatch window for trips booked inside 24 hours.
Yes — standard gratuity is built into every quote, so you never have to do mental math at the curb or
figure out what’s polite. If your chauffeur goes beyond the call (chasing a lost passport at JFK,
perhaps), additional tips are always welcome and go directly to them.
Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup and you pay nothing — full refund, no cancellation fee. Inside
24 hours, a charge of up to 50% of the trip total may apply, since the chauffeur and vehicle were held
off other work. Weather cancellations on airport trips are always free. Special-event bookings carry
their own terms, shared in writing when you reserve.
Airport Transfers
Gate to Curb, Handled
Every booking includes real-time flight tracking on the flight number you provide. If your inbound
lands early or runs hours late, your pickup moves automatically at no extra charge. If the flight is
cancelled outright, dispatch contacts you to rebook or refund — before you’ve even left the gate area.
Complimentary wait time is measured from actual wheels-down: 60 minutes for domestic arrivals and 90
minutes for international, which comfortably covers baggage belts and customs. Beyond the free window,
wait time is billed at the hourly rate printed on your quote — never a hidden meter.
Your chauffeur waits inside the terminal at the baggage claim exit with a nameboard, takes your bags,
and escorts you to a parked, pre-cooled or pre-heated vehicle. About 30 minutes before pickup you
receive an SMS with the driver’s name, vehicle, and live location. For departures, we drop you at
your airline’s curbside check-in.
JFK, LaGuardia, and Newark for New York; Boston Logan and T.F. Green (PVD) for New England; Philadelphia
(PHL); and Reagan National (DCA) and Dulles (IAD) for Washington D.C. Every commercial terminal is
covered, plus private FBO terminals for charter and jet-card arrivals, at the same quoted flat rate.
Weddings & Events
The Big Day, On Schedule
A single vehicle carries 3 guests in the Executive Sedan, 6 in the Premium SUV, 8 in the Stretch
Limousine, and 12 in a Party Bus or Sprinter. For larger parties we coordinate fleets of 20+ vehicles —
we’ve handled 300-guest conversions — so effectively there is no ceiling. Book 2–4 weeks ahead,
and peak-season weekends sooner.
Yes. Our team will apply ribbons, bows, and "“Just Married”" signage supplied by you or your
florist — send arrangements the evening before and we’ll fit them at no charge. Anything that
damages leather or obstructs the chauffeur’s view (wired lighting, tape on paintwork) isn’t permitted,
and we’ll happily suggest alternatives that photograph just as well.
Our events team builds a written transport plan: staggered pickup windows, labelled vehicles, a
radio-connected lead driver, and an on-site coordinator at the venue when headcount calls for it.
Guesswork is removed with a walkthrough of the route and loading zones beforehand, so Grandma’s
car leaves when the schedule says it does.
The Fleet
Cars Worth The Upgrade
Four core classes, all late-model and all-inclusive: the Executive Sedan (Mercedes S-Class or equivalent)
from $95, the Premium SUV from $135, the Stretch Limousine from $185, and Party Bus & Executive
Sprinter coachers from $245. Route-specific quotes for hourly charters and long transfers are confirmed
within 12 minutes of your request.
Executive Sedan: 3 guests with 3 bags. Premium SUV: 6 guests with 6 bags. Stretch Limousine: 8 guests
with 4 bags. Party Bus & Sprinter: 12 guests with generous rear cargo. Pricing is per vehicle up to
capacity, not per person — and list oversized items (skis, instruments, garment racks) on your quote
request so we assign the right trunk.
Yes — infant, toddler, and booster seats are available at no charge when requested at booking, and our
chauffeurs install them to state law and manufacturer spec. Please note the child’s age, weight, and
height so the correct seat travels with the car; a quick mention in the special-requests field of the
booking form is all it takes.
Service animals ride with any vehicle, always, at no charge. Pets are welcome in Premium SUVs and
Sprinters when crate- or carrier-contained and flagged at booking so we assign a driver comfortable
with them and protect the upholstery. Sedans and stretch limousines stay animal-free between bookings
for allergy reasons.
Onboard Policies
Simple Rules, Smoother Rides
Smoking and vaping are prohibited in every vehicle. Non-alcoholic drinks are fine in moderation —
bottled water is stocked for you — while messy, strong-smelling food is best enjoyed before you get in.
BYO alcohol is permitted in the licensed Party Bus and Stretch Limousine categories where law allows;
sedans and SUVs stay alcohol-free.
No — our chauffeurs are professional drivers, not bartenders, and there is no open-bar or beverage
service on any East Coast Premier Limo vehicle. They’ll happily chill your bottles ahead of pickup on
party categories and keep the route smooth, but glasses stay in your hands and the driver stays focused
on the road.
Wheelchair-accessible Executive Sprinters are available with advance notice, and every chauffeur is
trained in safe boarding assistance and securement. Folding wheelbars and walkers stow easily in sedans
and SUVs. Tell us what you need on the booking form or call dispatch — we’d rather over-prepare than
improvise at your curb.
Baggage limits follow each vehicle’s capacity (3–6 bags; see the fleet page), and every ride runs under our licensed, insured, DOT-compliant standards.
